I received an email from this Company that they could offer me a Loan from ************ in September. I've been trying to get help as I've been trying to get some Dental work done as I've been in pain for a long time and being Disabled doesn't afford me to make a large upfront payment. So I filled out the application and sent it back to ***** and she called me back to go over the details of the Loan. I told her that I needed to think about it and that I would reach back out to her. When I did finally reach back out ***** had taken leave and I was then worked with *********************. I applied for a 5k Loan from the start, and went through this with ***** and got approved. ***** then asked for my mode of receiving the Loan and I stated dire t deposit into my account of course he replied ok. I waited a couple days and the Loan had not been disbursed into my account so I sent ***** an email to see if there was a problem or if the Loan was still going to happen, I did not get a response so I called him. ***** said unfortunately we will need collateral due to my credit rating then asking me what my scores were and I sent it to him and I didn't understand why after the fact of approval you say you need collateral. ***** says that they will need 3 monthly payments upfront which was $540 upfront. I asked how was I supposed to send this, could I do Zelle or thorough my bank account and he said no Money Gram. I had an issue with money Gram so *** was how I sent the fee I sent proof over to ***** and I was charged $42 for sending this monet. So I waited for them to pick the money up the next day I call to see when the funds would be available so I could schedule my root canals. ***** then tells me that the Company needs and additional deposit because of my credit. At this point I was done. I'm in extreme pain and your telling me you want more money. I ask them to refund my money, ******************* a woman on the phone whom says if you read the contract they have the tight to request additional funds to secure a Loan, and if I want a refund then it would come when their month end rolls out. That was October it's ******** I've called and spoken with ********************* on verifying the refund, I've sent emails to him on requests of my refund. I've called both numbers sometimes the numbers will ring not in service not sure if they have it fixed just for my number calling in. The numbers are below.(1-8888-242-0704)***************)fax CEO *****************************
