We got locked out of our house.I called zip and asked how much it would be to get my door open he said 60 to 80 dollars depending on the lock. I said ok he said I will have someone call you within 20 min. Someone called I gave my address he said 25 to 30 minutes. He shows up looks at my door and said I can damage your door for 125 or I can do no damage for 175. I said I dont want and damage to my door so he charged me 175 which was not what was quoted over the phone. He took advantage of us being locked out of our house and charged more. I feel ripped off by this company if this is how they run there business other people need to know so they dont get ripped off by this company. He quoted 60 to 80 on the phone and then charged 175 for no damage to my door knowing the hole time he can open the simple lock in 2 seconds like he did. The deadbolt wasnt locked just the bottom lock.

On September 8th, I reached out to this company for a new Lexus key since I had lost mine. I was happy with the service at first; they came out and remade a new key same day. The first problem I ran into was realizing the locksmith left cigarette butts in our driveway. Not a huge deal but still didn't seem appropriate. I realized I tipped him $200 which I asked for back and they did refund this. A few days later, the key ran out of battery when I tried to unlock my door after work. I tried using the key to manually unlock my door but it wouldn't fit. Then when I found my original keys a few days later and I realized the locksmith didn't engrave the same key. So this part of the key is useless. Luckily I just attached my old key to the "new" fob they programmed. Then a few days later, I was locked out again because of the battery that I had just changed. Luckily it was before work so I was able to just change the battery while I was home for a second time. A week or so later, I was locked out a third time while at work. Battery dead again. This time since I attached my old engraved key, I was able to manually open the door, but the fob was completely dead and I couldn't start my car. This is when I had enough. I called the company and spoke with the manager. I told him everything that happened and asked for a refund. He said the only thing they could do was reprogram my old key. Unfortunately this doesn't fix the problem of a faulty, useless key they made so I declined. I also don't want to work with this company at all moving forward with how many issues I've run into this far. Nothing about this key works; the fob doesn't hold power and the engraved key won't unlock my car. I provided a picture of my original engraved key on the left and the one they gave me on the right. I would say that instead of a refund they could just give me a key that actually works, but at this point I want a refund for the mess this company has put me through. Thank you for your time.
