    I sent an important document with both ways fee through UPS store #**** on 10/14/2024. I was charged $75.87 and it was a simple document being sent to *************** authentication office. After exactly a month the package is nowhere to be found and not trackable on *** tracker. On going to the store I was initially lied to that the package is about to leave the store. When I asked if it hasn't been sent in a month the attendant (****) said the package is probably lost by *** driver. But the UPS stores are not responsible for *** drivers. Another attendant told me that *** doesn't have a way where you can complain about your document loss. There is a call center that can be called who automated service also told me they cant track the package. It seems like *** is running a fraud racket where to cut costs they throw away certain amount of packets in the dumpsters and customer has no recourse from the ********************, cannot complaint about *** truck drivers and the call center is a just a way of letting customer know they are sorry, but nothing can be done. The store staff looked upset that I was asking them where my important document had been lost and gave a rude 'have a nice day' "bye bye" ... go do whatever you think you can response as I left the store demanding my lost original documents.

    We have attempted to contact the complainant and have had no response. I need additional information to start a lost package claim, which is the next step in this process. We need to verify that this agency actually sent the package back and need confirmation they used the included shipping label. If they have not sent the package yet, or used a different shipping method, then there will be no tracking information available for the tracking number given to the customer. Until we received this information, we cannot proceed with the lost package claim.

    I am rejecting this response because: business is asking me to find if the package was delivered to US state ***** The store staff told me it was not delivered by ***, and *** has no mechanism to complaint against their pick up and delivery trucks, so my only recourse is to file complaint. How can I confirm if *** delivered my package to the ****************. I want that information from ***.

    The store owner was able to give the tracking information that their staff couldn't. Have received my package now. Kindly close the matter.
