    Purchased a trampoline through ******* who said that they purchased it through the third-party vendor home appliances LLC. Never received my trampoline and ******* cant help me because it was purchased through a third-party. ***** says that someone signed for it but cant verify the address that Home appliance LLC sent it to Still dont have my trampoline and no one can tell me were home appliance LLC shipped it to

    We are Home Appliance Service, LLC.  We provide service and repair to major home appliances in greater Seattle area, by dispatching our service team to customer's residences.  We are NOT merchandise distributor.  We DO NOT ship anything to anyone.  We sent physical technicians 

    to physical service location.  Your complaint is baseless and offensive.  On what basis did you accused specifically us of such a misdemeanor?  Just randomly matching business name on a ****** search?

    We bought our stove from a local appliance store Michaels appliance in Middletown. A little over 2 years ago.It has never truly worked correctly but was functional.It finally stopped working 3 months ago we called to have it serviced and they stated it was a months wait time. As that was the only option we said okay. The service tech finally came out. When they went to order the part the company who makes the stove ********** stated the thermo coupler was out of stock with no eta of manufacturing we are now on month three of no stove with countless of calls with a theres nothing we can do from either the manufacturer or retailer. This is absolutely unacceptable for such a high ticket item. ***** and no resolve.

    Home Appliance LLC has come to my house four times to fix my stove door. It is under warranty. Four times in a row the same service person has arrived, removed the stove door, and declared he does not have the right part to fix the door. I clearly told them after the third visit, Do not come to my house unless you have the right part to fix my stove. They came a fourth time today without the part. I think it may be some sort of scam. They also no showed an appointment, after I waited the entire 3 hour window for them to arrive. No call or anything. They still havent fixed the door. I am at my **** end. My stove is under warranty. I can only assume Home Appliance LLC is scamming the manufacturersmaking warranty visits but not actually solving the problem.

    We are a local authorized servicer for Bertazzoni appliances.  We received a request for a service on Bertazzoni Induction Range from a ** Bertazzoni represantatives  back on 09/22/2022.   C/O: " The cooling fans are very loud and whistle.  The noise is significantly more than the range hood and seems like something is blocking the fans". We set up a service with a customer on 10/03/2022. Tech arrived and diagnosed the problem with a faulty cooling fan as well as broken oven door hinges.  Please note, the door hinge problem was not part of the authorized repair from the manufacture.  It was a finding that tech encountered upon arriving on site.  We reported our findings to the manufacture. Ordered parts.  One of the hinge was on the back order with no ETA.   PLEASE NOTE, FIRST this is an Italian brand appliance, not local or even domestic brand.  SECOND:  we are a local contracted service company for that brand and we DO NOT produce or sell their product, but rather provide services for that product.  Since, any Bertazzoni unit that is still under the manufacture warranty has all parts and labor covered by that warranty, as well as all of the technical support, collaboration, communication covered by the ** Bertazzoni Service Advisers. This call was set up during the warranty coverage.  On 01/25/2023 We replaced cooling fan and one of the door hinge, since the other one was still on the back order (one hinge for the left side, and one hinge for the right side - two different hinges).  03/20/23  Arrived to replace back ordered hinge.  Found that wrong hinge was sent from the manufacture (the same one that was already installed).  04/26/2023  Arrived with new part.  Tech was unable to replace the door hinge at that time.  Meanwhile, tech received complaint that customer (grandma) was unable to set the clock,  and LR burner turns off when oven is in use.  Tech was able to reset the clock and set the correct time on the display.  Also tested LR burner.  Did not find any problems with the burner.  ****** tested OK at that time.  On 05/04/2023  Called customer to reschedule a ********************** call to finish replacing the hinge.  Customer stated that she does not want to schedule any services with us at this time.  She will discuss it with her husband though, and if they decide to complete the repair with our company they will contact ** directly or will request a different company to complete the repair.  We never heard back. We have reported this situation to ********** Service Advisers and closed the claim at that time.  During all this time we have NEVER NOT showed up for a scheduled service, like customer is claiming.  Also, please note on the day (04/26/23) when tech was not able to finish the repair - he directly spoke with customer's husband and explained it to him why he was not able to finish the repair (I believe customer is RN and works during the day, therefore never available for direct contact).  Furthermore,  I personally explained it to a customer that we are a ********************** provider, we do not produce or make parts for her appliances and due to a worldwide delays on many of the parts - we are not able to expedite or make parts available.  I also, explained to her that two hinges are two different parts and it is impossible to determine if we received correct hinge until we try to install it, meaning fitting into the door opening or can compare/match it to an old hinge (which we did not have).  SCAM? How insecure and over suspicious the customer must be!!! We have encountered big losses with this call as we are paid our contracted rates per COMPLETED CALL!!!!  We did everything that we could,  it is the customer who refused to allow ** to finish the job, which she conveniently never mentioned in her complaint
