    07/02/2023 $19.99 plus ** sales tax I was told I could return these water guns if they leaked provided they werent open. I tested them with a small bit of water while still in the package and it leaked right out. Went back to the store for ideally an exchange, and to test another set of water guns, or a refund if they all happen to leak. Was told these are considered wearables which wasnt wasnt I was told before (just told the makeup and gloves I bought werent returnable) and they wouldnt even allow exchange. Was told to contact the manufacturer in the **************. This isnt acceptable to me and I feel the company is complicit in selling faulty items.

    I want to apologize for your experience. I responded to your reviews on our ************* and ******** pages in detail where I outlined that although our policy is all sales final for costume accessories if a product doesn't work as advertised we can absolutely issue a refund. I have chatted with my staff to ensure this was made very clear and will not happen again. In your reviews you did not provide contact information so I included my email address for you to contact me so we can get this refund sorted out for you but I haven't received anything yet. We don't keep credit cards on file so in order for me to issue you a refund I can do one of three things - you can come in with your card and I can put the refund on there, I can venmo you the refund, or I can mail you a check. Again, my email is ********************************************************* or my cell is ************. I look forward to making this right and I hope your summer is off to a great start.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    I will take the Venmo refund option so I dont have to come back to the store again. @AutumBlue
