    I join a Business called ATM Freedom University, In August. The company states that they will educate you through modules, and through a group on Facebook on how to Manage and start an ATM Business, the company claims if you spend around $8,000 to $10,000, they will not only train you but set up everything you need they will find you a location install the ATM for you and relocate the ATM If you are not seeing any profit and purchase the ATM. They claim to do all of this as long as you get your LLC, EIN, BUSINESS ACCOUNT. Will they never did what they said they were going to do it’s been more than 6 months. I've contacted them and the response that I received through email that I can contact their console overtime I call them I get no response. I have all the documents needed for this case I want as much money you think possible for me this case. Because I had to only two credit cards which brought down my credit score I had to open up a business account that I am not using, I spent time and effort trying to make this work.... it's been stressful and very misleading please help I'm a hard worker and $10,000 is a lot of money for me just to lose! Trying to invest in ATM’s I put all this money on my credit cards accounts which is why I’m in debt now for, a year in half later I’m still trying to catch up on payment’s

    They took my 35 grand and after I was done with everything they told me I was supposed to do. They sent me an email saying they went bankrupt.

    Nov 2023 I was promised a Refund and then next thing I know ATMU is out of business. They left no way to contact anyone about ongoing issues. They owe me $45,000 and only paid me $630 of it. I want the rest of my money returned! Thomas Berkley is a THIEF!!!!!

    I signed a contract with ATMU in May 2023 to purchase 3 ATM machines from them with their choice of locations to place each machine separately. I have 2 machines currently installed (January 11, 2024) and received an email from them yesterday they are ceasing business and will be filing bankruptcy. They guarantee in their contract that each machine will have a minimum of 50 withdrawals a month within the first 90 days. Neither machine has performed up to this contractual requirement and I am stilled owed one more machine.

    This company lies and took my money. I documented and provided an attachment. At the end of the day, the only reason I went to the BBB is because the company refused to put the correct address on the ATM contract. I asked them 4 times to change the contract so that the contract would read where the ATM machine was being placed and delivered. The address wasn't where the ATM was going. Also, this company promised me 100 transactions per month guaranteed, but the contract they signed with the ATM site said 50 transactions per month. Then this company changed the terms of our contract behind my back. Then they lied to their attorney and the proof and evidence is here.

    I invested in a ATM business with ATM Freedom University to buy 3 atm machines. I submitted a electronic check totaling $9800.00 to purchase 1 of 3 atms. Unfortunately I was unable to complete the set up because my timing didnt permit. I asked the members of ATM Freedom University to refund my investment. I have not received the *************, or training. Because I am a over the road truck driver my schedule didnt allow me to follow thru with the set up. I am asking ATM Freedom University to refund my $9800.00. They refuse.

    My dispute is with ATM Freedom University owned by ***************************.  I think the parent company is **********************  I see multiple websites/emails addresses used by this company.

    I invested $9800.00 as down payment on 3 atm machines.  But later changed my mind about doing the business, then requested my money back from their 100% business guarantee.  Now no one from the business will talk to me about resolving this issue.
