    For the second time, I have attempted to make my mortgage payment and because of some problem or error on Lakeviews end, the payment does not go through, even though I can prove through my credit union that the funds were available they have slapped me with only pay by ************* and blocking me from making payments on my Mortgage, which are gonna cost me into going past 30 days and ruin my credit I attempted to call them and they said Im not gonna be able to pay by check until 2025 even though this is the second time this is happened and it was on the side of error was on them. I had the money I can prove it and I should not be sitting here being blocked from making payments and online and having to go and get western union And risk my mortgage payment being late and messing up my credit because of their mistake and how their computer system cant seem to sit there and get it straight with pulling the money out of my account when it was in there and can be proven it was in there and I cant get anywhere talking to the people because they dont wanna do anything to help you and Ive had it

    This company will not stop calling from all different numbers to sell me a service. I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling and they hangup instead of responding to that request.
