      TicTac Relocation was selected by broker, United 1st Class Movers, as the moving company that would move our household belongings from *******, ** to ***********. We signed a contract that they would have our belongings in AZ within 31 business days. This time has passed and we do not have our belongings. - On May 7, 2024, TicTac Relocation moved our pre-packed belongings into a truck. - My husband and I have both contacted both companies at least 15 times each, being told they would get back to us. - They do not respond to inquiries about when our belongings will be here in **, we are told only that they will 'get back to us" and have not been 'gotten back to' even once by either company. - When speaking with the broker, my husband was frustrated because they are provoking and no helping with finding our belongings. They threatened to contact the movers, TicTac Relocation, to have them hold our belongings if we didn't stop calling them. - The contract with TicTac Relocation expired on June 18 and we have not heard back, so we assume that they are holding our belongings illegally. - We paid United 1st Class Movers and Tic Tac Relocation, as per contract. The company has now breached the contract and is non-responsive.

      We initially hired and signed agreement with All Coast Moving group in **********, *******. The agreement listed our inventory very accurately with an estimate of $8,422.75 which said it wouldn't change unless we added services or items. It also stated the moving company would disassemble all items, wrap them in moving blankets, and then reassemble at new house. Along with insurance being provided and that on moving day our option would be provided to us. On 6/30/22 JJ Moving showed up to move our belongings. They did not bring any tools to disassemble and had to use ours and did not bring enough moving blankets to wrap items so half were unwrapped and half were kind of wrapped. The head mover **** walked thru our house with me and advised verbally that we may go over CF quoted but not over $500. After saying everything was loaded he advised we owed $5,000 more which of course we were very upset and while I was trying to call All Coast and ** Movers to figure out what was going on and what we were supposed to do, **** was being fairly aggressive and arguing back and forth with my husband and made him sign my bill of landing under duress without explaining anything including insurance options just saying sign here initial here. Once they left I realized they left a stack of items that were included in my initial inventory and they said they would come back, but never did. Then ***** refused to answer our calls and texts for almost 2 weeks, with us not knowing where our items were or when they would be delivered. They delivered in 2 shipments and nearly everything was damaged, dented, etc and boxes were smashed including ones marked fragile. 2 bikes, one costing $800 were missing and the delivery guy advised it was put on the wrong truck and was in **************, ****. ***** said they would get them to us, he has not. Of course where **** had my husband initial it was on the $.60 per pound insurance so insurance wants to pay $606 for damaged items and lost bikes.

      may 14,2022 made me pay **** instead the 975 that was qouted to move my entire household of things only to take with them my couch both my chidrens toy boxes my bed my dauthers bed my dauthers tv my egg swing chair my childrens easter gifts christmas gifts my diploma And most importantly ALL of my childrens baby pics that cant be replaced after showing up at 8:15 and taking my money in which i have video proof that will display the money exchange as im asking questions only to get no answers have both the ************* to go along with this also unknown we had a time limit apparently that was never mentioned or annouced to me this lady who took my money immediately dissapered only to reappear after almost 3hrs slamming shut and locking the back of the uhaul exclaiming my time was up when if at all a time limit had been placed it would have been impossible for one delivery guy myself and children age 4 and age 10 to move even half of our belonging yet alone a third even with it all coming from a second floor apartment its late my children are hungry and tired trying to be a mom while doing all the work i thought i hired and way over paid them to do because how was this one man (***) supposed to move my household of things alone ?? and in 3hrs and now still today august7,2022 i surpassing the 30 day provided storage have never been given access nor the location in which my things were placed told if i wanted information id have to pay another **** i don't have wouldn't even tell me so i could go retrieve my things myself and after the many attempted trial and errors that occureed they refused to allow me the retrieval of my diploma and childrens baby pics that are irreplaceable even after saying if theyd give me back those items they keep all our other things not because i wanted to but i want our memories but nothing ive recieved desperate for help
