We have seen the Hansen Bros moving trucks around the area for years! When it came time for us to move, we chose Hansen Bros. We had a piano that needed special care and was delivered to us from ** to UT without a scratch. We were so pleased with the care of the loading crew and the unloading crew. The office staff was especially detailed and knowledgeable answering all of our questions and concerns for this multi-state move. From start to finish, we were pleased with the service and competence. Definitely worth the money and WAY less stressful than a DIY move with a rental truck.

Where to begin!! *******, ***** and ***** were AMAZING!!! They were professional and courteous and they never stopped working!! They are so strong I still marvel at the ease they handled everything. At the original site they wrapped everything and treated my belongings like precious cargo. I knew nothing would be broken or damaged and after unpacking all the boxes I was right everything is absolutely perfect!! I cannot say enough good things about this crew!! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs anything moved. I cant leave out ***** who was a joy to work with! We had a huge change of plans with our move and she handled it beautifully!! 5 starsThis was my 3rd move with Hansen Bros. The first was in 1999, the second one was in 2012. While the other moves were excellent, I think that the three men who came yesterday were the best. They exceeded my expectations. They were at all times extremely courteous, helpful, careful and extremely competent. Their names were ****** ******** and Valentino. This was such an emotional move for our family due to the sudden, unexpected death of a family member, and having to have them completely moved out of their rental home. Every single person I spoke with is a fantastic employee of a company that knows how to do moving RIGHT.*****, in the main office, who kindly and promptly answered my initial online query ****, our Relocation Consultant, who patiently walked through the house with us, answered every question, put together our quote, secured the moving date we preferred, and gave us great advice for how best to prepare our items for moving ***, the operations manager, who (with such a happy, friendly voice!) gave me all the important details re: the crew, the trucks, and what access they would need on the day And most importantly, our amazing moving crew, Alfredo, ****** and *****, who arrived promptly and worked so efficiently and professionally to help us securely and safely move our family members things and then performed Magical Ninja Tetris to make sure all the items fit into the 10 x 20 storage space we secured for everything! And they did it all with great kindness, respect, and care. We are so grateful to them. Everyone working together made this experience absolutely seamless and stress-free. Had Dallas, ****** and ******* to help with my move last Friday and the crew was communicative and responsive from pre-arrive throughout the entirety of the move. They were resourceful and were always planning and thinking ahead. All 3 crew members were friendly and helpful throughout. ****, their relocation specialist came out and spent time assessing the move and did a thorough job during my selection process and they were the only ones that came out and did that for free even before I chose them out of the 4 companies that I contacted and got quotes from. The professionalism and assessment of completion cost made me feel confident about the move. **** M, their operations manager kept communications open and was checking in with me before the actual date which also gave me a good impression that I was in good hands. Overall, I felt the cost was reasonable and the time estimate for the effort was accurate (actually final cost was slightly less than estimated since the move went very smoothly). ******* and Blayde comprised the crew moving my goods from one apartment to another. They were courteous, helpful, professional, and just a delight to have as our movers. Just when I thought customer service was dead or at best an oxymoron, Hansen Bros. proved me wrong and I am very happy about that! I can see why they have been around since 1890.
