      This is to warn anyone that plans to move premises to really think twice before hiring Two Small Men with Big Hearts Moving, especially in the ******* ******* area, the crews were good while under full supervision but if you there then the storing of your household furniture on storage containers was not very professional. Also when we filed a complaint with their management and requested a call back from a manager no calls were ever returned. We used another company to move our belongings back into our new home and began to see all the damage such as chips in furniture, broken furniture and the thief of a print...the backing was cut out and the photo removed and the packaging resealed. Although we initially agreed to the contract we were not aware of their accounting for charges along with a fuel surcharge added, I must admit we were able to rectify the invoice. The biggest disappoint mention beside the damages was the start time, we requested for an early start and this was agreed (this stated it would be a 1 day move) as we had a large amount of furniture to move and they showed up over 3 hours late and stopped work less than 8 hours later and hence another day to finish the move with a totally different crew, we had requested for a specific size crew base on our information to the company but not all the crew arrived as requested, this added to another fuel charge and a set travel charge.Please be warned if using this company beware of how they move and store your personal belongings and be ready to not get a return phone call from their management team, for us we will never utilize this company again and can not recommend them to anyone!!
