      I reserved a new **** Bronco with **** on the **** website when the car was first announced. I was assigned to Bill Pierre Ford as my local dealer to place the order, which I completed. On March 18, 2022 a salesperson from Bill Pierre Ford e-mailed me to let me know that **** selected me to upgrade my reservation from a Bronco to a Bronco Raptor, and that I was "one of the very few reservation holders who were selected and ... now able to configure a Bronco Raptor on ****'s website and submit it for production." I completed this order and signed and submitted a copy of my personal information as requested by the Bill Pierre salesperson. On March 21, 2022 I received confirmation from **** that my order was placed.On February 2, 2023 I received an e-mail from **** that my Bronco Raptor was built and being shipped to Bill Pierre Ford with an anticipated delivery date around February 21, 2023 and that "Once it arrives, a dealership representative will contact you to arrange final delivery. Depending on your dealers location, weather conditions or other unforeseen delays, its possible that your vehicles estimated delivery time could vary."When I did not receive any contact from the dealer by the end of February, I checked the **** tracker again which indicated that my vehicle was delivered. I e-mailed my salesperson on March 1, 2023 and waited for a response.On March 13, 2023 I called my salesperson to follow up and learned that the telephone number was disconnected. I then called the main Bill Pierre Ford dealership number and spoke with a helpful person who said he would look into it. Another person from the dealership called me to say that the car was there and quoted me a price that was considerably higher than I was expecting. I asked him to put it in writing and e-mail it to me, which he agreed to do. Awhile later, yet another person called me from the dealership to say that they already sold the car to someone else. My order was not being honored.

      Purchased my **** Fusion Aug 2019, during the signing process I was offered the *********** protection plan. I was verbally told it covered dings, scrapes , and wheel surface damages as well as windshield chips. I recently took my car to the repair shop to have them start the request for coverage . All of the car repairs were declined . Im now finding out its all paint less repair work like small dings only . This warranty was sold to me on a misleading basis ! In order to make the sale it was misrepresented. As a consumer transparency is important . In this case Bill Pierre Ford fell short of transparency. They need to make good on the verbal offer by their employee.
