    Shipping is taking longer than expected have sent out emails and messages on different platforms and havent received any response back

    Hi Aniah,

    Were sorry about your experience, weve recently made a shift in our platform for inbound emails and that seem to have affected our ability to receive your note. 

    Your order of PURA olea seem to have shipped as planned with *****. Ive attached the corresponding label to it, however were unable to pull tracking from the ***** site which could be due to time span or the fact package may have been lost. We will go ahead and replace your item, which should ship later this week.
