      I am writing to file a complaint against Boxed.gg regarding their failure to fulfill my request to delete my personal data, including my "Real Person ID" verification data, as required by law.Nearly 30 days ago, I submitted a formal request to have all personal data associated with my account deleted. Despite multiple follow-ups, Boxed.gg has yet to complete this request, which is both concerning and unacceptable.This delay not only demonstrates poor customer service but also raises serious privacy concerns, as I have no control over my sensitive personal information while it remains in their possession.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Boxed.gg must comply with their legal obligations and delete my personal data without further delay.

      In January 2024, I began purchasing currency from Boxed.gg to ****** for collectible cards, expecting the cards I won to be shipped. Over four months, Boxed.gg delayed shipping multiple times without explanation. In April, I requested a refund for all transactions due to these delays. Instead of addressing my concerns, Boxed.gg wiped my account, canceled my orders, and locked me out without explanation. I filed disputes with my bank and ****** and complained in their Discord server, but they banned me instead of resolving the issue. I remain banned to this day.I spent $2,500 on Boxed.gg$1,500 from my debit card and $1,000 from credit cardsand won $1,600 worth of cards that were never shipped. Attempts to resolve the issue through email and Discord failed. Their support initially agreed to reinstate my canceled orders if I dropped my ****** dispute but failed to follow through or provide requested evidence.Both my bank and ****** denied my disputes, citing ******* terms of service. ****** claimed the virtual currency was delivered, ignoring the undelivered physical goods. Frustrated by their lack of support, I closed my 20-year-old ****** ****************************** operates like a pyramid scheme. They took my money, delayed shipping without proof of inventory, and refused refunds. A Reddit thread highlights similar complaints, with their owner failing to address concerns. They previously ran *************, which they abandoned without notice, leaving customers stranded. This suggests a recurring pattern of fraud.This has cost me $2,500, countless hours, and emotional stress. I no longer trust my bank or ******, who failed to protect me. I seek a full refund of $2,500 and an apology from Boxed.gg. I also urge them to adopt stronger consumer protections, such as an opt-out feature for gambling deposits.

      On 10/22/24 I signed up for the website. I was met with an email that advertised a new signup bonus of 25% additional gems for your first purchase. There was no mention that the first purchase had to be done within a certain timeframe of signing up. On 10/24/25 I signed into the website where I was met with a pop up telling me to claim my 25% new signup on my first purchase. I purchased $500 of gems (****** gems.) I did not receive the 25% bonus gems as advertised multiple times. I reached out to support and they denied me the gems saying i purchased them outside the window for receiving them. I explained that there was no window displayed anywhere on the website or the email I was sent.They asked me to forward them the email. They then again said I would not get the bonus gems as I signed up after the window expired and that the window is on the website. I asked them to show me where on the website this information is displayed, they did not. I told them this was extremely deceptive as if I was outside the window and the offer was expired they should not have presented the pop up to me when I logged in and should have communicated the time limit. I have not seen any mention of a time limit to make the first purchase in and support has not provided we me with any proof that it exists or is displayed anywhere.
