      I was very dissatisfied with the customer service from the company. I ordered through the company directly, but the shirt did not fit my dog. I did try it on her when it arrived and quickly requested return authorization because it was too small. I sent it back and was told it was not acceptable to the owner of the small business. There was minimal pet hair on ********** item from the dog trying on the shirt. She did not wear it because it was too small. This is very unreasonable customer service. Furthermore, no credit was offered and I was told that It was being donated rather than returned to me even though I was told I still needed to pay for it. Be forewarned that this company is difficult to deal with and doesnt allow you to try the clothes on the dog.

      This claim is invalid. The customer attempted to return a dog sweater that was covered inside and out with dog hair. Our return policy clearly states that if we cannot resell the item we will not accept the return. It would be unsanitary and unconscionable to resell this sweater. Customer has attempted to charge back this transaction through PayPal as “Not as Described” which is clearly not the case. She has also threatened to write negative reviews about my business which amounts to bullying.

      “This is terrible customer service- for a small or large business. I will include that when reviewing your company as others should be warned of your business practices. “

      Is what the DogBaby business owner, Jenn, is alleging as “bullying”. She just doesn’t want her unfair business practices and poor customer service advertised. Other customers need to be aware to make informed purchasing decisions.

      On 9/14/22 the customer disputed, escalated, then claimed a chargeback on this order through the payment provider, PayPal. After I responded and presented the facts, including photos of the item returned covered in DOG HAIR and emails, PayPal closed the claim in my favor and released the funds to me on 9/15/22. For anyone who is/has reading/read this review, that should show that the customers claim against my business was deemed FRAUDULENT.
