      If I could leave negative stars I would. We left our dog with Metro Dog for 32 hours and we managed to have to take him to the vet for two separate issues the next day. 1) Our dog had a hot spot we were trying to have him avoid licking. We instructed staff to keep an eye out and if they were not able to stop him from licking to at least let us know if he was doing it. Staff did not notify us upon picking him up, nor stop him from licking, as we had to take him into the vet as the hot spot got infected. 2) Our dog also returned to our care with a limp. Upon examination it appeared that the skin on his paw pads was raw and torn up. The day we left him was hot and I imagine the staff did not attempt to protect ************ pads letting them run around. This is conjecture but, when we picked him up, we were not notified that anything was wrong, so we have to guess. The limping was clear as day. We tried to call them the next day to find out what happened, no answer. This is simply negligent. I truly hope this business gets investigated by the appropriate regulatory bodies to get them to clean their act up or to shut them down. Suffice it to say, please never leave your animal with these people. Its not worth the risk.
