    Ive been using Close to Home pet services for a couple years now. I couldnt be more pleased with the service they provide! I have complete peace of mind knowing that my cat, Boots, is being well taken care of. All of his caregivers are excellent from *** to ******* to ***** to Brooklyn. They all have a special way of showing Boots a lot of love and sending me entertaining reports with awesome pictures of him. Not only are they there for my cat, they also go above and beyond sometimes sweeping the floor, taking packages to other units when theyve been delivered to me by mistake, or helping when a locksmith had to drill my lock when the batteries to my key pad died and no one could get in to my condo to feed Boots. (Thank you ***)! Needless to say, I highly recommend this business, you wont be disappointed! ******

    We have been very happy with Close to Home Pet Services, our cat is somewhat unfriendly to strangers, but **** and *** did a great job making him feel more comfortable and we arrived home to a happy and healthy kitty!

    We have used Close to Home for our cats for nearly three years now. They are incredibly responsive, easy to schedule and quick to answer any questions we have. My favorite part is the detailed reports we get daily while we are away- along with all the pictures. It makes being away easier knowing our cats are in good hands. Special shout outs to *** and Brooklyn who most commonly are the ones who take care of our cats.

    Im not really a leave a review person but I feel compelled to share how wonderful Close to Home (CTH) is and how lucky I feel to live in the West ******* area they serve. CTH is like having a really great neighbor you trust to take care of your pet with the added benefit of easy booking, detailed reports from each visit (w/ lots of photos!), and superior care by their friendly team of pet sitters. Every time were away we get excited to receive an update from CTH, their service is worth every ***** and more.

    I have been using Close to Home for almost 7 years now, which is a long time in terms of the life of my cat! Now that she is a senior, she has some health concerns and medication needs. I went from hiring them for 1x daily visit to 2x daily visits, and I really appreciate having that as an option.Close to Home has been nothing but accommodating and compassionate in terms of giving my cat the care that she needs. They are very attentive and caring, which brings me so much peace of mind when I have to leave my cat to go out of town. This is unfortunately rather often, since all of my family lives out of state. Shout out to ****, the owner, who is very involved and wonderful as well. I have also had great experiences with **********, *******, and frankly everyone who has watched my cat. I would highly recommend them for cat-sitting in *******.

    I've been using Close to Home for years now, first just for cat visits when I was out of town and now as our primary dog ******. **** (our dog ******) and **** are extremely communicative and nice. The app they use is easy for sending messages and adding services. We get reports after every walk, including photos. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet services.

    We have been clients of CTH since September 2023 and have had two separate trips where they have visited our babies. CTH has 4 cat homes in our neighborhood who are clients, its been a recommendation chain with cat owners in our community (Im the 3rd and recommended them to the 4th). Ive had specific contact with ************** as sitters and **** with an administrative question regarding billing, which was resolved immediately.I cant recommend this company more emphatically. Their business model is clear, logical, and priced competitively with boarding facilities, with the added benefit of your pets being able to be comfortable at home. You can:- Schedule visits online seamlessly through your account on their website. You can choose days, # of visits, length of visit, tasks.- They send updates and photos after every visit. Theyre very detailed and really show that the cats are cared-for! You can see the messages in your account on the website and theyre also forwarded as text messages and emails.Theyre so kind and diligent, and extremely careful with your pets and your home. The peace of mind we have when we're out of town that our cats are well-cared for is priceless!
