    I purchased a large body pillow and extra pillow cover from this company (Plufl) online on July 2nd. No shipping information or order updates were given after the initial order confirmation email. On July 14th, I sent an email inquiring about my order and referenced their website which stated that shipping would occur within 3-5 days of order. The *** stated that their system had "mistakenly marked the order as shipped" and said that it would ship out within 24 hours. No shipping information was provided or further communication from company.On Aug 6th, I emailed again asking for my order to be canceled and refunded. Aug 8th, they emailed me a tracking number, which indicated the package had not yet been picked up by the carrier. August 9th I again requested a cancelation. August 10th, I received a shipment confirmation, which in addition to ignoring my ***eated requests for cancellation, only listed on of the items I purchased.
