    Scheduling the appointment was easy. Communication about the arrival of the technician was excellent. Technician was knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Didnt try to oversell anything. Highly recommend.

    This is the second time we have used Bee's Plumbing. The first time was an emergency situation and the two gentlemen sent out did an incredible job on a Sunday afternoon. Today ******* came out to take care of three issues that were annoying issues due to old plumbing. ******* did a great job from start to finish and kept us informed along the way. I have recommended Bee's Plumbing since the first incident and will continue to do so as we have been very impressed with all contact with the company and the work done for us.

    This was my first time using Bee's Plumbing. We had an urgent situation and Bee's Plumbing understood the situation and made sure we could receive same day service. The team knew exactly what needed to be done, found the main system clog and got us back up and running in no time. Thank you for the great service.

    Stay away from Bee"s Plumbing!!!I am extremely disappointed with this company. Not their response or their actual service, but boy do I feel like I've been scammed. They installed a water heater for me to the tune of $7000+The most expensive water heater I was able to find on line or the manufacturer they installed was $2700!! How in the world can they justify the added cost? I was given an estimate but realize there was no itemization on their estimate or on the invoice. I wouldn't contact this company again if you paid me! They should be ashamed of taking advantage of someone who's without hot water. I would give less than a 1-star rating if possible

    Attempted 3 times via phone call on 7/28,7/29, and 7/30 got no response so left voice mail.  I have also sent text messages to the phone number she confirmed 2 times.  **** states I did not send them.  I then sent copies of call history. **** wanted an itemized invoice, I sent that via email to her.  I am unable to discuss any return compensation or discuss the invoice with her due to lack of response from ****.  **** is willing to make this right so **** has a good experience, we just need to hear from ****.

    Bee's Plumbing, *********************************************** customer service is very friendly and helpful. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with DJ (no extra charge for same-day service). *** and another person came out to fix the situation. Even before *** arrived, he called to make sure he understood what we wanted done, and then called before arriving. *** and the other guy from ***'s met with my husband after they arrived. The work was done professionally; they cleaned up everything; they completed the work ahead of time; and we paid exactly what *** quoted--not a ***** more.Both my husband and I were very impressed with their work. We will definitely be using them again if/when needed.
