  This Company who owns Envi Apartments in *********, ** should be investigated by the ****************** for hiring illegals. The Owner **** Neiders is a Slumlord. When I lived here I saw unmarked white vans of Employees who didnt speak English working at the property.These Employees were there to do maintenance in January 2023 to February 2024. All of the maintenance Workers were foreigners. ICE needs to visit all of **** Neiders 55+ properties. Also, fire *****! She is the number one worthless Employee at this Company. She is definitely a *** hire and not good at negotiating nor de-escalating matters.

  No stars, if that was an option.They have discriminated against me from the time I became a resident. Corporate won't ever answer their phone or respond to any messages I sent them.They don't have enough parking for their residents, one day, I asked the manager if it was ok that I parked in a non spot, since there was nothing available. ***** ****** said it was fine. I asked her to let me know if it becomes a problem and she said again no problem. But instead, right before she clocks off work, she has my truck and trailer towed, with no contact to me of any kind, as she said she would. This is the 2nd time my truck has been towed at my residence but this time I had no funds to get it out. The tow company said all ***** needed to do was call them and say there was a miscommunication and my truck would be released to me, but she told me she refused to do so.Also, my life was threatened & I was being harassed by my neighbors which is against policy that we all had to sign off on upon staying here. ***** laughed at me, and did absolutely nothing when I told her about the incident. I told her I felt unsafe and that he was in direct violation of the lease we all signed. She just laughed. I couldn't believe it.I don't know what else to do. Corporate finally sent someone to talk to me, but it wasn't for any of my complaints! It was to confront me that they heard I was threatening management! Which was total bogus information. I never did that... I don't even talk to anyone here as a resident.I'm at my wits end

  No stars Bad customer service ******** is the only staff that has respect everyone else is rude and disrespectful I called corporate they didnt do nothing at all they steal money I havent had AC in months been complaining and still nothing we are in triple digits heat and this aint right

  The manager handling rental agreements drag their feet, and when you're told how to satisfy any of the agreements they renig and pass the buck onto other office people so they don't have to keep with what they tell you.

  Horrible customer service and scammy business tactics. This place is utterly fake in their presentation of themselves. After you apply, they immediately tell you to have the other person apply for a separate 50 dollar fee. So after wasting 100 dollars applying to them, they then throw a massive list of requirements at us. As if there werent enough requirements already listed on the Zillow Ad. We were already going to decline to move in, because they seem super cultish and invasive in their demands, but then they denied us based on not making enough money and bad credit(my fiance has great credit and we make 110k together). Be careful applying with them, theyre looking for a ton of people to scam out of app fees before they allow a cult-minded person into their gated community that is apparently rich with crime and death.
