    Just acquired a condo in a complex they manage and I am appalled at the lack of customer service. They dont return call or emails at all. I have had to call and call and finally got someone on the phone who was incredibly rude. I also feel their whole operation is antiquated and gives off a shady vibe. The billing / payment process is something out of the 90s. You have to pay an additional fee to set up auto pay with a credit card which is ridiculous but probably just as well because I dont think I would trust them with my credit card number. And boy do they love paper! The massive amount of paper they send out on a monthly basis is insane. I imagine a significant amount of *** **** goes to the ***** of paper and postage they go through. If they digitized their operation they could save a forest. Bottom line is, something isnt right about this company and I think they need to be looked into.

    HOMEOWNERS SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED BY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES. CONTACT ATTEMPTS FOR VARIOUS HOUSE RULE VIOLATIONS ARE UNANSWERED BY STAFF. *************** PAY FOR THIS SUPPORT AND STAFF SHOULD BE FREE FROM BIAS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.
