I went to eat brunch with a group at this restaurant. When the bill came, there were extra charges on everyone's meals. We were told that the menu had the incorrect lesser amounts printed, but this was not noted anywhere. There was also an extra charge for drinking coffee or tea in the restaurant, also with no notation stating this. The owner came over, instead of letting the server just interact with our group, and escalated what could have been a simple conversation about the bill. They said we were making fun of their accent (I personally had not noted an accent, nor any comments to that effect). They were shockingly rude, totally lacking in customer service. It was appalling! When paying the bill, I told the server there were no hard feelings and that she had done nothing wrong. The owner came by and yelled at the server. I felt sorry she had to work in such an abusive environment. Customer review rating is zero.

I do not recommend anyone to work at this establishment! I applied to the restaurant through indeed and was called my the owner a couple days later. She hired me over the phone and had me come in for training. I was not given a W2 nor any kind of paperwork to fill out upon hire. I trained 2 days with the bartender and by the 3rd day was working by myself behind the bar. After completing my 5th day, she texted me a hour before the shift saying I wasnt a good match for the business. She gave me no notice at all and basically fired me and when I asked what I did wrong she said nothing, you just werent good for my business. Being a very noticeable gay man was I fired for being myself?? You cant say I was lazy or a bad employee either cause the cameras are proof of my work ethic. I was told that I would have to come by the store to collect my payment. Upon arrival she hands me a personal check and only paid me for my hours. WHERE ARE MY TIPS??? Its illegal in the state of Washington to hold a employees wages, including tips! Also why am I getting payed with a personal check without my taxes coming out?? I come from a very high profile hospitality background and this has been the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone to apply or contribute money to this very shady establishment!!
