    ********* Lienenlueke's catastrophic incompetence as a property manager poses a genuine safety hazard to tenants. Her breathtaking negligence and hostile demeanor have directly caused multiple tenants to flee the property. Her deliberate indifference to basic safety concerns is *************** in point: We were trapped multiple times in our bathroom due to a malfunctioning antique lock. Despite the clear danger of being locked in a room without proper egress, she let this hazard persist for months, displaying a shocking disregard for tenant safety.Christina's refusal to change the keypad entry code after multiple tenant requests directly led to a break-in, yet even after this serious security breach that left residents feeling unsafe and violated, she continued to delay changing the code, demonstrating her complete disregard for tenant safety and basic property management responsibilities.Her negligence extends to basic security. She refused to provide keys to the shared entrance, then had the audacity to weaponize our lease agreement against us when we requested secure access to our own building. When confronted with these legitimate concerns, she responded with contempt and dismissiveness that would be shocking if it weren't so characteristic of her management style.Most egregiously, she actively suppressed reports of water quality issues until the city was forced to intervene. This willful neglect of public health concerns demonstrates her complete unfitness for her position.********* Lienenlueke isn't merely incompetent she represents everything wrong with predatory property management. Her toxic combination of aggressive hostility and staggering ineptitude makes her a liability to both property owners and tenants. Any landlord foolish enough to employ her services or tenant unfortunate enough to deal with her should prepare for an ordeal of negligence, hostility, and potential safety hazards.
