    On November 3rd, I ordered1969 Mopar Roadrunner Door Panel Set. Still no tracking number. Company will not respond to text messages. Call them and lines are busy, cannot take calls or leave message. I feel that I used my ***** ********** card, and being scammed out of my money for no goods. As of today no word from Mopar Plus. I have never had this happen from a company that appears reputable. $475.00 plus $46.00 shipping, for a total of $521.00 Please help me with this. ***************************

    Ordered a part. The company charged my card but did not send email outlining the charge as they said they would on their site. I have tried to contact them many many times. They do not answer their phones or emails. I am very concerned this is a scam company. They have my money and shipped no product and will not take calls.

    On 4/17/23 I placed an order with Mopar Plus of ******* **, for a set of seat belts in the amount of $514.00. I did eventually recieve the seat belts but the product was damaged in a sealed plastic bag. After many, many, many phone calls that were never answered, ignored emails and text messages via their website. I did get a response via email on 5/2/23. They promised to replace the part. I provided the part number, photos and description of the part. I have never heard from Mopar Plus again. No response to again many, many, many emails, texts or phone calls.

    On May 1st I placed an order with mopar plus for a gull wing/ rear spoiler for my satellite. My credit card was immediately charged for the total of $555.00. I never received an order confirmation and after checking the website I found out my order number ***** was awaiting fulfillment. I've tried calling numerous times during the website posted operating hours and get a recording that all operators are busy and the call is dropped. Sometimes i get the recording that the business is closed even though its during their website posted operating hours. *** left messages with no response. I've tried emailing for information with no response. I would like to resolve this by canceling the order and receive a refund.

    Situation:Car seat upholstery - ordered 3/24/2023 order ID is #***** - order not received, no further emails as stated on website and when tried to call, could not get through to a live person. Have made certain all calls were within the website listed hours of operation in the eastern time zone as stated.We received a parts order confirmation email on 3/24/2023 (same date as charged on credit ************ is attached to this complaint). Never received any other email. Communication log trying to check in with them listed above. Can not get through to cancel order/verify status/talk to them. Need to cancel/get a refund. further information:*************************************** ************ or ************ (numbers listed on the webpage) ******** exchange (not related to moparplus) answered the ************ number today 3/30/2023. Information copied from the web site:1) 'HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? You will receive your order 3-5 business days from order confirmation. 2) WHERE IS MY ORDER? Once every order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Otherwise, contact us and we'll be happy to track it down for you. Most orders ship within ***** hours from the date of receipt.Emailed 3/24/2023 via web page to see when shipping out (no response)3/29/2023 - called - think we left message but on 3/24/2023 when tried to call message said they were in a meeting and could not leave message and the call was just dumped.3/30/2023 - called - no message could be left - after a brief hold it said all were busy and call back later. call was just dumped.Asking for assistance to resolve and also provide heads up to others possibly seeking parts from this entity.Currently have dispute filed with credit card company.

    8/16/2022 I ordered seat covers for a **** Roadrunner at the cost of $653.00 which was removed from my bank debit account immediately. I did not receive an order confirmation.I tried phoning Mopar Plus Restoration Parts at ************ and only had an automated answering machine stating we are receiving a high volume of calls and they hang up. I tried emailing at moparplus.com with no response. I found the attached WA address but the order site said ****** ******. I believe I have been scammed and was directed the ****** Better Business Bureau (who were extremely helpful) to file this complaint. It is my hope that you will be able to help me.
