    Very disappointed. Installation in January 2024 went well, but one window was delivered broken. We received assurances that it would be replaced in response to a claim filed by the installer. In response to my subsequent calls, the local office acknowledged my claim and issued assurances that it would be resolved "in March." It is now mid-April and the local Apex office number is no longer active. I woman named "Kate" using an alternative number has given assurances too, but her number now goes unanswered. I called a service number that was answered by a guy in Indiana who acknowledged that the Seattle office is experiencing difficulty but that he would forward my info to someone here for handling. Nothing came of that. I'm starting to smell the odor of a very, very dishonest organization.

    This company is a total scam. I made an order and paid a deposit several months ago and I haven't heard from them since. I cannot reach the sales representative, I cannot reach anyone at their office, complete radio silence. At this point, I have to initiate legal action against them to get my money back.
