    I was a server at this restaurant, and I was terminated recently from this establishment disingenuously for reasons given that all other staff members sharing my job title were committing as well. I had asked the general manager, ****** ******, to speak regarding concerns I had with a missing food order that I had put in and was missing, and checks from tables that had gone missing, one of which I found in the trash, after a different ****** and server, had bussed my table.I had tried to reach out to ****** ****** via text to report the incident and see if he could inspect the cameras that are setup throughout the floor. He said that he wouldn't at the moment, but said next time he comes in, he would check. He never did. I had tried to report this incident to the other general manager **** ****** the next day, but he was not on site to receive this reporting. So I waited the next day to report this incident back to ****** ******. He said he couldn't that day, but could talk the next day over the phone or in person. This communication was over text, and I agreed to a phone call. He called me and proceeded to let me know that he took me off the schedule. I asked why, and he had communicated to me that I was not helping out enough in other servers sections regarding filling up waters and bussing tables. If anyone were to inspect the floor on the cameras, it would clearly indicate that other servers seldom help out other servers in their sections with these tasks.
