This company is truly remarkable. Their outstanding customer service is matched by the exceptional quality of their products. l was delighted with the results of my two custom orders: the 3 rings chandelier in antique gold and the scaled-down version of the **************************** which looks stunning in my room. I cannot praise them enough. Whenever l had questions, their customer service was always prompt and helpful. They are even assisting me in fixing my mistake with my third fixture, which l am eager to install.

I have waited a little over a month for a light fixture. Called vendor twice to check status and no answer. *** says it's labeled but not shipped. They promised to deliver after 2/10. Today it is 3/3.Sofary Lighting LLC

The customer purchased multiple products. Some of the products are "fast deliver" and are delivered in several days. Some of the products are non-fast delivery. The customer chooses free shipping which we called out could ***********-8 weeks during checkout. Labeled means that it is shipping from overseas to the US already, however, it will not be trackable until it reaches the US. There might be confusion about the promise of the delivery date for fast delivery vs non-fast delivery products. (To be precise, it is the estimated time of arrival instead of a guarantee.)For the call and no answer, we apologize for the missed call as we are currently experiencing a high volume of calls and are unable to answer every customer's call promptly. We did give the customer a call back on 03/03 and explained the situation.
