      Buyer Beware!!! My husband and I purchased 4 pair of glasses between the 2 of us, from their ********* location. To my surprise, both pair of mine are useless to me! Ive worn glasses my entire life and know with my prescription I need **** hi-index lenses however I have never experienced this before. Normally when you put new glasses on, in my experience, you can see however now Im being told that I have to get used to it No if you are seeing halos around lights at night then no, thats not normal. I shouldve been able to put on a pair of glasses and be able to see immediately and not have blurry vision during the day or night. So they told me well it must be my prescription so I got an 2 more prescriptions, including one from their in-house optometrist. Ive sent my glasses back 3 times and the last time they convinced me that I needed progressives, which I paid additional for only to find out that its their lenses or their technicians making the lenses. Now Im out of at least $1600 and still cant use my glasses. I had to go to another provider and spend another $600 to get proper single vision eyewear using their prescription. I put them on and it must have been magic, I could see! I dont ask for much. I called the manager and she asked me to come in the next day so she could look at my glasses. When I got there, I had to wait because another couple was there also complaining with a similar issue and they bought 6 pair. The manager eventually came over to me and she did the standard smile and nod. Then after carefully inspecting the new glasses I bought from the other place, her solution was to have her, herself, on-site, adjust the glasses for me, it would only take minutes. Then I realized there is nothing she can do and I lost my money. Later I found this was a regular occurrence as others have left bad reviews about their ***************** People do not be drawn in by the nice frames because doesnt matter how nice they look if you cant SEE!
