    This company is a scammer! They called me saying a payday loan was taken out in my name in ************************************************************ if I didnt agree to a settlement payment. They said I couldnt have a payment agreement and that I had to pay today or arbitration was going to start against me today. I paid but after hanging up with them and seeing their fraudulent website I immediately called my credit card company, filed a dispute, called the BBB who verified it had the hallmark of a scam and told me to file a report with the *** which I did. They are complete scammers.

    Called my sister on her cell phone NEVER contacted me in ANY FORM. Claimed I owed on a bounced check from 2001! When I told them to mail me proof, they refused and said I'd be mailed a court summons instead. Threatened to take my car, bank account etc...

    SCAMMERS!!!! Do not listen to anything they say. They will try and strong arm you into paying something you most likely never did.

    Scam trying to threaten a judgement for a 12 year old loan that I never took out but they have all my sensitive information, including my full social security number that they far too willingly stated over the phone. Have already filed scam reports with multiple agencies.
