1 starSTAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Buying leads is just a waste of money. I wish I would have seen these other reviews before paying for these leads. ***************************** is the worst to work with and when I requested the money back from the leads that I have not been provided yet he totally refused. I have been in phone sales since 2014 and he kept telling me that I was being pessimistic about the leads and I should work them better. ****, how am I supposed to work a lead that tells me they have never looked into anything in the past. I asked for a recording and he told me that he would not provide that to me. His aged leads are awful 95% of the leads were wrong numbers and the other 5% looked into this years ago and this was supposed to be data from ***** days old. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There is a reason why it is so hard to find any reviews on them, they are not ****** verified because they do not want people seeing poor reviews. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! They are going to respond to this like they did nothing wrong just like every other review, read through all of the reviews and you will see how terrible of a company this is. In full review of the communication threads you exchanged with ****, it was evident he made every effort possible to help you experience optimum results. Contrary to your statement, the audio file was delivered to you on March 18, 2024 4:42 PM,where the call lasted over 4.5 mins. The audio dialogue was further proof to substantiate the lead applicant wanted to receive a quote, met all required filter conditions and had cordial conversation.
Additionally, any aged discount data packages utilize third-party validation tools to meticulously screen out potential errors, ensuring the utmost accuracy possible.These tools are instrumental in allowing you to effectively target the majority of the data with confidence. Furthermore,to bolster the success of your campaign, our aged lead data purchases come with complimentary overage to account for invalidities and to facilitate the smooth progress of your active files.
Email records also indicate that it was advised several times to nurture each lead and engage in productive dialogue. Allowing a solid rapport building process will only help establish credibility about your business, so each lead feels comfortable providing confidential information to move forward.

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Buying leads from them is a waste of money. I purchased the ones below the live transfers and NONE were good. NOT ONE GOOD LEAD. They make you pay by bank transfer or zelle for a reason... BECAUSE THEY ARE A SCAM. If I could give them negative 50 I would. Their **************** is trash and they DO NOT live up to their contract Nor do they try to make.it right..i cannot believe they are still in business. A waste of $1100 dollars. In view of your revelations and through methodical investigation into your concern we found several inconsistencies that did not reflect what was actually encountered. It was discovered that the statements you mentioned in this review led to a false and inaccurate narrative of the factual results: 1) ***************** It was noted that a senior marketing advisor along with a customer service specialist were happy to speak and communicate with you on several occasions. They further provided prompt and thorough responses to your requests, as documented in the emails and phone dialogue. They also shared in depth resources along w/ tools to help aid your progress and effectively work each lead to your best ability w/in the confines of your enrollment structure and what it allows. 2) Lead quality: You requested and agreed to purchase a semi-exclusive lead type that can have up to two party max ************ yourself included. As such, we further track the movements of each lead in our pipeline and found the other recipient in our network deemed 92% of the leads were valid and met the filter pre-requisites. Additionally, we further cross examined each of your replacements where similar levels were detected. Over 90% was revealed to meet the required filters and interest to obtain a quote necessary to pre-qualify. 3) Order processing: We offer a variety of payment options to accommodate our customers' preferences. All of which are provided for your convenience and remain common practice in the industry. 4) Integrity: While maintaining tight quality control processes, we still made repeated efforts to help you ****** new client relationships by providing lead overages that exceeded averages in our network. This was done at no cost to you in our efforts to remain proactive and help facilitate positive growth and new client opportunities that you could benefit from. Once more, were sorry to hear you had a less than 5-star experience that did not meet your expectations. I sent the below email to the company and my stance remains the same. These were not verified leads because the information was not completely accurate. 9/10 times the email was incorrect. The home value or property was incorrect. The prospects that I did get in touch with, did not want a reverse mortgage nor could they get a reverse because they had attempted to get one with another reverse mortgage company and could not qualify because of property, etc. Not to mention. I had to write every Thursday to say that I have not received any leads and then Lead Balance would send me over 3 or 4 after I sent that email. This was just an unpleasant experience and is not as advertised. I would not recommend Lead Balance and wish that I had looked at BBB before I sent them my $1100. I just stopped sending back leads and wrote it off as a bad business decision. "I signed my contract on or around February 28th, and Lead Balance has not lived up to their end of the contract. Almost every lead I have received does not want a reverse mortgage/never inquired/ or cannot get a reverse mortgage because they attempted within the past 30 days with another RM company and could not qualify because of their property etc. Not to mention, I have to go hunting on the internet for their contact information because the contact information provided is incorrect. These are VERIFIED Leads. I have worked for Reverse mortgage companies that provided me with verified leads from companies like Lending Tree and New Retirement. Not all of them may convert, but that is usually because of financials, the property does not qualify, or the borrower does not like the proposal. But I am not even getting to that point. It has been a month, and I have not received a good lead; Not one. I do not have $1100 to waste. That is a lot of money. If Lead Balance could not deliver the service promised, why not say that; This is very frustrating, and I do not know what else I can do. I do not have time to keep sending back these bad leads I am receiving.I understand that Lead Balance has been doing this for over 15 years, but this is not working. Call verified leads are supposed to be the same day, and not one person I have spoken with filled anything out or spoke with someone that day. Again, we're sorry you feel that way and it's truly unfortunate you had a less than 5-star experience. However, through a very rigorous investigation process, it was discovered that your feedback regarding inferior quality, delayed delivery, or non-fresh data was dishonest and misleading. As marketing engineers and data analysts, we strive for the highest levels of accuracy. In review of your feedback, we used multiple references and 3rd party resources to analyze each file. It was discovered that less than 10%of the total lead allocation you received was determined invalid. For which we not only delivered valid replacements in full, but we also remained proactive and supplied overages that were well above the median averages in our network. All of this was done at no cost to you in our ability to help ****** a positive growth environment that you could benefit from.
We remain stringent on quality assurance and hold a ***** focus on the required objectives related to each order deemed necessary to screen lead applicants through our network. With that, we understand individual lead experiences can be subjective, and outcomes can be based on lender expertise and/or loan program enrollment availability within your organization. Please do not misconstrue those objectives or overlook the full realm of our cooperative efforts that were displayed and well documented throughout your campaign in our ability to help achieve your goals. I am not going back and forth. I would not recommend anyone use your company. The complaints on here seem to be the same. Incorrect information. Invalid emails. Leads were not valid. Maybe your live transfer package is more efficient, but MY experience was these were not good leads. This is the last email (see below) I sent on 03/25 to Lead Balance and never received a response. I am done with this. I stand by my complaint because it is MY experience. Thank you for your prompt response. I appreciate it. Have you looked at the notes for why the leads were returned? Several did not have enough equity even to get a reverse mortgage, another lady told me that she tried to get one through *** a month ago and was told after her inspection her property would not qualify for a reverse mortgage; then they were others that did have a home value of less than $150K. Converting is not my issue. I know how to convert and sometimes another lender may be a better fit for them and the lead may decide to go with someone else. I have had enough training and scripts through ************* and ************** to understand how to convert leads. This is not the issue here.Your process (per the contract) is that the leads need to be returned within 24 hours for a replacement. So, I call as soon as I receive the lead, from Lead Balance, and send a follow-up email (see attached). 90% of the time, the emails are bad and I have to go searching on the internet for the correct information. Moreover, our CRM system has a nurture campaign feature for borrowers that we cannot get in touch with. The leads that I did not return, I still have not gotten a hold of them after repeated emails and phone calls, but the 24 hours have passed, so those were never returned. I would encourage you to read why the leads were returned by me.At **********, I worked in a call center environment and only received leads. I received 5-7 a day. Every lead I did not convert, however when I received the information, 99% of the time the information was accurate (unless it was a website lead). The lead always said they DID inquire or want more information about our reverse mortgage program, even if they weren't sure a reverse mortgage was right for them. When I call the people Lead Balance provides, I tell them I received their inquiry for more information about our reverse mortgage program and they tell me that they never inquired. I say, sir or ma'am, you never filled out information or spoke with someone about getting more information about a reverse mortgage, and they say no. I ask them if they would like to learn how a reverse mortgage can give them access to the cash tied up in their home etc.....and they repeatedly say I am not interested in a reverse mortgage; I do not want a reverse mortgage. If these are verified leads, why am I getting these leads? In addition, a simple Zillow/redfin/BOA aka third-party site check would let the agent know that some of these leads have the incorrect property value (they are inflated).The last three or four leads that I have received from lead balance were not as bad as the ones I received the first week or so. I spoke with three of the recent leads and noted the file. I returned one that was adamant that he did not want a reverse mortgage and never inquired about one. The other two I noted in the file and the other I have yet to get a hold of. I do not expect to convert every one of these, but knowing that they inquired and having a dialogue helps. Just FYI, based on my conversation with them, their inquiry was not within the past 24 hours, so they were not same-day, which is what I paid for. One told me that he has proposals from two lenders that he has been talking with for the past week. I did not return them. The leads I received this past Thursday were the first set of leads I received in a week.
