    Honestly if I could give this company a negative 5 stars I would. My daughter was visiting me from out of town and had her government issued ID taken from her when she showed the security her ID. She was so upset and had to scream and get irate in order for him to give it back. He took it because he swore it was fake ! The only reason he even gave it back was because another security officer that worked for the grounds at the space needle suggested that he should. He had absolutely no reason to take her ID let alone try and keep it. This was confirmed by ACTUAL Police officers that we had to get involved because the situation escalated just that much. Also , another member of the team from Str8 up confirmed it was a real government ID without even having to use a black light. Even the police looked at it and could clearly see it was real. I feel like he targeted my daughter for his own reasons. What other reason could you have possibly mistaken this ID for a fake and then take it upon yourself to try and keep it. None. I wouldnt want this type of behavior being displayed at any of my events, stores, anything. Do your self a favor and find a different security company.
