The business does absolutely minimal maintenance on their patrol vehicles, the vehicles are extremely unsafe and unroadworthy, the suspension components are loose and they keep saying its fine. They have an unlicensed individual inspect the cars and he doesnt even really inspect them. Its a matter of time before someone gets seriously hurt due to a vehicle failure.

    Business Response

    Date: 04/22/2024

This is a very suspicious submission. The consumer information reflects two separate people. One that no longer works for us (****) and the email reflects one that does.

On to the issue, we request our officers do nightly vehicle checks before driving; some officers are do this correctly and others need retraining. If there are any unsafe concerns, I personally have requested this information to be sent to me directly on numerous occasions so we can then bring the vehicle to the shops. I still have yet to receive a single email from any one person indicating they feel a car is unsafe (outside of management). We have an individual check the cars once a week (fluids, tire pressure, brakes, etc.) and he also will note if a vehicle needs to go to the shop. We have thousands of dollars in receipts from two separate shops for the cars.

    I am requesting two things:

    1) who actually wrote the complaint?

    2) which car(s) are they referring to?
