      After raising their rates 30% last year to $330.00 for a landline security program with ************* monitoring, I called and cancelled and found the same program from another company for $107. It took me 10 phone calls to the billing department to *********** deducted $330 back and they took another $57 away from the $330 because it took them 2 months to process my request. I notified them the next day when I saw my $330 deducted from my checking account. I am not happy with their dragging out my rebate and not happy with their deduction of another 3 months.

      Guardian Securities Review One Star Guardian Security is possibly one of the worst security companies out there to deal with. They will invoice you for services that they DID NOT PROVIDE, create bogus invoices months after the fact, refuse to cancel services on a timely basis when you move out, even though they were notified on a timely basis, and expect you pay for services provided for months AFTER you terminated them.When you try to clear up all their fake invoices and provide documentary evidence proving they are false and inaccurate, their staff wont correct their systems and they keep passing your account along to the next staff person who continues the pattern of harassing you and trying to get payment for these inaccurate and fraudulent invoices for months, even years after they even agreed that the invoices were inaccurate.Dont use these fraudsters under any circumstances!
