    Good evening I was recently online on Saturday night and came across SimplyGram. It advertises a 3 day free trial for its services. I enrolled in the 3 day free trial but immediately was turned off to the fact that theres no way of canceling the membership on its website and I didnt receive an email confirmation pertaining to the 3 day free trial. That Saturday night I used the contact form on its website to advise SimplyGram that I would like to cancel its membership. A few hours late I was contacted by ******* from Simplysafe stating that there was no user name of ********************* which is the email I used. That Sunday I saw the email and thought the transaction didnt go through since I never received a confirmation email. That Tuesday I was charged $99 for service in which I immediately contacted SimplyGram. ******* from Simplygram then tells me that they have found my username and saw I have been charged the $99. At this time I tell ******* I wanted to cancel Sunday and you told me you couldnt find my user name now Ive been charge and that I would like a refund of my $99 and cancelation of the membership. After a few moments ******* tell me Simplygram can off a 50% refund and I could continue to use the service for the rest of month and then they will cancel the membership. I declined the offer and wanted a full refund with cancelation of the membership as clearly stated on their website but I have not be contacted in return despite several emails sent that are disclosed in this complaint. I am entitled to a full refund as they clearly state on their website. Please help in regards to this matter as I only want what I am entitled to which is a full refund of the $99.

    Please inform the client that we issued a refund immediately upon receiving his request. Sometimes it takes refunds a few days to hit the user's account.

    Please tell the client to check his bank again for the refund, as it has been issued from our end based on his request.
