    Finish Solar was referred to me by a trusted **** Estate agent. I needed my swim spa to be wired. ************************* stated that they had a business license. The first job in May went ok but I'm still waiting for 1 replacement fuse to prevent the breaker from continuously being tripped. Just like the other complaints, he asks cash for supplies which I felt was more than what was needed. The second project that was supposed to start in August was for solar panels. I paid thousands up front for the panels and installation and even signed a contract. ****** kept on rescheduling and making excuses as to why the project has not started. I was contacted on Friday October 20, 2023 by another customer who stated she was scammed by ****** and Finish Solar. Her situation was more serious and included law enforcement. Apparently there are more victims of this individual/company and he/they are serial scammers. He has changed his phone number. He goes by ******, Darrell, or ***. We are looking at our legal options at this time.

    This business has lots of complaints against them. I just Found out from another contractor what they installed was a fire hazard. I am not sure permits were pulled for the work. They wont return phone calls and we have given them upwards of $9k. Promises of coming back for 3 weeks. Then just blocked all communication after letting us know they had been arrested by ice. Please dont let anyone else go through this.

    On 2/2/23 a quote of $14,064 was agreed upon to complete an electrical upgrade and install solar. The project was never fully completed, and on 3/15/23 Finish Solar requested an additional $1,400 for additional supplies that would get the overall project finished. A total of $15,464 was paid to Finish Solar. However, after completing a portion of the promised work on 3/15/23 Finish Solar has failed to return to complete the project. They also failed to refund any funds to complete the project, despite my sending more than 13 messages to them.Without any actions to complete the project. On 5/24/23 I started a dispute resolution process through Venmo (which was the major method of payment). Only then did I hear from Finish Solar, who said that if I canceled my Venmo dispute resolution, they promised they would come out and complete the project. After 10 days lapsing since I canceled the Venmo Dispute resolution (as based on their request/promise) Finish Solar still did not complete the project. On 6/8/23 I sent Finish Solar my final email to resolve this matter by 6/16/23, or I would seek a refund. There has been no communication nor completion of the work. I have since hired another contractor that completed the work and noted the highly unsafe electrical conditions that Finish Solar left behind.
