    I ordered a garmin watch for Mothers Day and ordered from this company to save a few bucks as they were running a sale. I purchased additional insurance to cover theft, loss or damage just in case because it was Mothers Day.Well.. the watch never delivered even though **** says it did. When I contacted these people for a refund or resolution they didnt do anything but tell me they would look into it. Then said they would get back to me and never did. When I finally started to email and call them demanding to talk to someone in a management position, they had someone call me speaking a different language saying there is nothing they can ***** in shipping and logistics and when you purchase third party insurance it covers theft loss, theft or damage. These people took money and never delivered the product. I had to dispute with my credit card company and had to buy the watch last minute from another company for my wife For Mothers Day.Terrible experience.

    If I could give them less than a one I would. I bought a fishing rod that came broken. It took three weeks to ship it. I called and they said to send it back and they would replace it. I sent it back and they received it one week later. Two months later, they still have not shipped me a new rod and they refused to answer my calls when I leave messages. I have asked them to refund my money and they are refusing. Please do not deal with this business. In a word they ****.

    This business advertised a stroller online. I purchased the stroller and then I received an email stating my purchase was a fraud. I emailed back saying that it was not a fraud and could they please continue with the order. The business reported back they would refund my money and I could attempt to repurchase the stroller however if it was flagged as a fraud alert again they would not proceed. Really ridiculous if you can purchase the item online.
