      I cancelled my service on 9/19/2022 after experiencing a very difficult time of getting my service repaired and extremely poor customer service. I was overcharged $45 as they charged my credit card for the next months fees. Ive called MULTIPLE times and have been told I will receive the refund and it never comes. **************** is the worst, and no one seems to have the capacity to simply refund the money.

      We are not CenturyLink, and our facility is no longer called CenturyLink Field. We are First & ********** the operator of Lumen Field. We are an events and stadium management company. This concern should be directed to their local CenturyLink residential service office instead.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.'

      However, I do not know how to find the Century Link (now recently Bright speed) that services my area. I tried again to contact someone, and each person sends me to someone different. None of them can help me get my refund. they gave me another number to call, and I gave up after being on hold for 30 minutes. I have no idea how to resolve the issue with Century Link/Bright Speed

      I had worked for this company through an app from *********. When I had finished the shift, they told me (shift lead during the time of working) said that I can go home because there was nothing to do. I offered to stay longer, but they literally was just finishing up the last little bit of the things that they needed to do. So, when I had gotten paid they said that I couldn't get my tips due to the fact that I left earlier than expected when I had the permission to leave. So they cut my tips assuming that I didn't clean or anything and just left not doing what I was suppose to do. If I knew this was going to happen I would have stayed longer and I would have stayed longer to help clean anyways because it's my job, but they told me that I can go. It isn't fair for someone to cut someone's pay (tips) when they were told to leave early cause there was nothing for me to do.

Review of time worked reveals ************** worked from 12:30 PM to 8:07 PM. In speaking with *********, it was confirmed ************** was compensated for hours worked. However, ************** was not paid for tips. In light of this report, we have coordinated with ********* the payment of tips owed.

      I worked with **** @ Lumen Field for a Seahawks game and when I got done the shift lead told me that they didn't need people. When they started cutting people they told me that I could go home. When payday hit they didn't want to pay me my tips because I left home early and that's what the shift lead wanted me to do. I filed a complaint with L and I and by law they aren't even suppose to cut someone's tips when they worked and when they are offering them because it is wages earned. I will be filing this and continuing this onward and seeing what other avenues that I can get to. This isn't right. I worked and was told that I could leave, I shouldn't be cut my tips if I was given permission to go and we were already done
