    I have been with T-mobile for several years. I purchased an iphone 13 pro max and it was completely paid off for. I then upgraded to the iphone 16 pro max. I gave my niece the paid off iphone 13 pro max as she is attending college abroad and tmobile sim locked the phone that is already paid off for. I called T-mobile to have the phone unlock and they are claiming that since I owe on my current bill they locked the phone which is entirely paid off two months ago.. This is unfair and no company should be treating their customers this way and have access to do this. I need this matter investigaged and there should be some sort of penalty for the invasion and access of my privacy

    Hello - this complaint seems to be about T-Mobile phone service, but it was sent to T-Mobile Park and the **************** professional baseball team. We believe this complaint needs to be re-directed as we have nothing to do with customers' phone **********************. Thank you!

    We bought expensive concert tickets to ***** ********* and ****** ******.They were listed as unobstructed on Ticketmaster and we paid a high price accordingly because it was a very meaningful concert for my family.When we arrived the view of the 3 performers was obstructed by the set so we had to watch on the screen to see the singers which we could have done from a much cheaper seat. It was very disappointing. I reached out to Ticketmaster and they responded within 24 hours that is was an issue that T Mobile park would have to address. After confirming the appropriate department to communicate with at t mobile,I emailed them the specific concern.They did not respond for from August 1 through August 14 including a reminder follow up email on the 7th. I emailed again on the 14th including my plan to reach out to the BBB, and received a phone call that night.After speaking with their representative, ******, she requested I email the pictures and she would call that night or the following day.I emailed the pictures that night and have not heard anything back. I called again the following week leaving a detailed message and have not received any response.
