    I will never use this car service again . The manager does not have an understanding as to what customer ********************** means . He is rude, talks over you and continues to hang up. We have text messages between the driver AND the office (with responses) letting them both know more than 4 hours ahead of time that a ride would not be needed due to cancellations. They would not refund stating the driver was sitting there for hours. Clearly a lie since we had full communication. No where on there site does it state policy. There has always been an issue with them , the 4 times we used them. We will no longer. Horrible service and customer ********************** is something this business does NOT do!

    Our flight cancelled due to weather, so we had to cancel. My wife called and the man she spoke to was extremely rude. He yelled at her, swore at her and told her to have our airlines give us our money. He was so unprofessional and rude, it was just shocking to be treated that way.
