      I asked for my 1 year old battery to be warrantied after having to jump it 3 separate times & confirming w ********** that the battery is bad. ****** spoke to me in a rude tone the entire interaction. He would only charge the battery for the weekend. He only chemical tested 2 cells. He gave me a loaner battery and said he would prove me wrong when I came back Monday bc his opinion is that my car is draining the battery & by Monday it would drain the loaner battery. On Monday they car started up & i went up their to warranty the battery and they couldn't find my battery. They said i must have given them a different name. They looked again & found it but they never bothered to charge it. The manager **** asked me to come back tomorrow so they can charge it. I spoke to him about how ****** treated me & how it made me want to take my battery to the other location when I was there a few days before. **** interrupted me & got all huffy puffy & told me he'll put my battery in my ******* can leave. I told him I have to go to work so I'll come back tomorrow & he said no no you can drive around on a dead battery, that's your problem not mine. I said fine give me my ************************** won't return here ever again. He instructed his employee to put it in my car. I said *** I was trying to tell you about your employee and then he cut me off & said his employee would never treat anyone like that & he doesn't want to hear anything else I have to say. Just then my boyfriend pulled up & I said do you hear how this man is talking to me. **** then lied to my boyfriend saying he has been trying to solve my problem for the last 5 mins but she's being difficult. **** then said he was only willing to talk man to man & we can leave her out of this & he took my boyfriend into the office and warrantied the battery and had *** employee put a new one in my car like i originally went up there requesting several days before.
