    I took my vehicle to Express Tires and Auto Service Center for brake pads in April 2022. They assured me they would have (front and rear) brake pads on my car within 8 hours with a warranty included. I went back to pick up my vehicle and everything seemed to work correctly as I drove. Within 2 weeks, my car started to shake when I would try to brake on the freeway. I went back to Express Tires and let the owner know this was happening and they needed to take a look. He said they would take a look and fix the issue. He said they had to order an additional part that came same day, and then assured me it was fixed after. I went home, and thought my issue was fixed. About 10 months later, the car began to shake again as I tried to brake on the freeway. I contacted the business, no one returned my call. I tried to bring the vehicle in again in early March. There was a sign on the business stating they would be closed for a family emergency with no opening date. I came by there again within 3 weeks, after noticing they were opened again. I went early in the morning, told the owner my vehicle was shaking again when I tried to brake. He said they would look at my brakes again and fix the issue. He called back about 2 hours later, and told me my warranty was voided since I went over the ****** mi limit, and I would have to pay for all new brake pads. At this point too, my brakes were grinding like I needed new brake pads. His response was, "we'll be happy to help you once you purchase brake pads from us again." I was so upset that these $1100 front and rear brake pads didn't even last me an entire year. This would be the last time I would do business with Express Tires & Auto Service Center Inc again. They didn't even stand by their product and fix the issue I had the entire time of having their brake pads on my vehicle.
