      My wife had gotten into an accident in *********. We live in **. Unfortunately, the car was undriveable so we had it towed to a local shop. The insurance than arranged for us to contact this company to have the car towed from ********* to a Los Angeles body shop. We were quoted $850. Then, due to how long it took to get the car picked up and that they were going to arrive after the body shop closed, the driver suggested they keep it overnight and that the owner would only charge us an additional $35 dollars. He clearly said it would be 850 + the 35 so it would be a total of $885. I agreed. When it came time for payment they charged me $1123. An additional previously undisclosed and not agreed upon amount of $238 dollars was added to the amount due as a 'dead head' fee. This was not quoted to me and had they quoted me this amount instead of the 885 they had, I would've gone with a different company. On top of all this, the customer service people were very rude and condescending and got incredibly defensive when questioned about the additional undisclosed and not agreed upon fee.

      Ive recently had my husbands car impounded due to an expired tag. I renewed tag and went to pick up vehicle. The towing company ASAP towing refused to release the vehicle to me his spouse due to him not being present. I advised the towing company he is not able to be present due to his deployment and is unable to be contacted due to location in a war zone. The towing company will not release his car to be due to a POA form needing to be filled out. In order for him to provide this for he I would need to be able to get in contact with him. I asked if we can have the storage fees waived until I am able to retrieve information. They advised no.

      On 9/11/23 their truck drove over my lawn and broke a sprinkler. I had a local company replace it. Sent ASAP Towing the invoice for $142.83. They refuse to pay for the damage. I provided them pictures, video, and two eyewitness statements stating they saw them break the sprinkler. They still say they didnt do it.
