      Beware these guys will scam you they tried to overcharge beyond the Seattle legal limits. They also threaten me with law enforcement they can not actually back up. They had a guy in a *********** in ***** falsely claim all kind of legal outcomes with investigation were complete lies. Whatever you do run before you use this company

      I hosted a brunch for a Celebration of Life on Sunday, August 11, 2024 at The **************** in *****. When I left my 2015 ******** was dead as a door nail. I had a new battery installed the day before. I called Lang Towing and they quoted me the price to have it towed to ********************* Chevrolet in ********* (13.7 miles away) of $330. ******** the driver arrived, put the vehicle on the bed and we drove up to *********************. When he deposited the car he informed me it would be $550! I highly encourage you NOT to use this tow company!

      So I got towed from an empty parking lot where I payed for 6 hours of parking overnight till 5am. Then my car didnt start. I needed a fuel pump relay. I got the part at 5pm and of course car was towed being the only car in that lot - just for making money! There was no reason at all no blocking nothing. I called at 6 where the car is to get it back. We are closed come back tomorrow. Closed, really? At 6pm? Why does the website and everywhere else state Open 24 hours? So they just say closed whenever u call to collect either the 100 dollar after hour fee (after hour if open 24/7 ?) or charge more 12 hours parking fee at the lot. I looked up the route to their parking it says 20 min drive, they charged 1,5 hours. I know that if they respond they will reject everything. But it is like it is, the state and city laws give them all the right to work like this, they can charge over hours for not even being closed and so on. As always its the customer who is the stupid here. And ******************** is laughing out loud over every negative comment ( the positive ones on their website are all fake, also this is normal and allowed). Because customer service doesnt exist for these kind of companies. Everyone knows that towing and impound companies are one of the most diffuse companies in existence. Do you EVER see in millions of reviews about these companies that just one time! a company responded with hey looks like we made a mistake here, you get some money back. Not once you will find it because in thousands of complaints its 100% customer fault. Does this sound somewhat weird? 100% customer, 0% company? And also about their ratings: If one is thinking these companies care about being rated..lol these businesses dont need a single positive review for their existence. And I even dont need a response. It will be the as always all customers fault response. Just save yourself time Lang Towing. You get your money so or so, if you have a good (fake)or bad rating. !
