    Buses break down, drivers take wrong turns delaying buses by hours, blast freezing air, overall experience was terrible. Would not recommend at all.

    On 1/28/2023, I had a really bad experience with the Starline shuttle service with Crystal ********* We booked the 4:30 pm bus, but get in line for 4 pm. The bus driver told us to get back the line, if there would be seats, they will let us on. So we got back the line at -5C. Then, the bus driver, a 60ish white lady started to let all people behind us in the line get on the bus and left us in the cold without a word. She individually pointed each person to get on the bus. All these ppl also have 4:30 pm reservations, and they were in line behind us!! And it happens that they are all white males. Then, we are the only 4 Asians left in the cold. This lady wouldnt let me talk at all and was really rude to all of us. She also shouted to me: this is my bus, I am in Charge. I didnt have a chance to say anything yet. Is that because we are Asians? Is this racist for no reason? I am so disappointed with ******* mountains choice of shuttle service. I love this mountain, but such a horrible experience today. So rude! So angry! So unfair!
