    I had puget sound automotive work on two vehicle almost simotaniousaly vehicle 1, I came in with running jeep. I had hose leak on air-conditioning. Diagnosed with estimate #**** 10/03/23 (dates do not match time I came in and then waited for work time receipt was delivered) upon paying $2732.53. I noticed That the Extra electronic work that I had been charged for (and did not agree that was an issue) there was an issue in the light switch, it was not put fully into its position, where as I could not fully click the bright light into position, they still worked, I had to hold k*** Jeep running, driving! I returned to mechanic to fix light switch, said they would take care of it. Waited several weeks! After 3 weeks I said I needed my jeep back. They said they were still waiting for parts, but I could come and get it to drive meanwhile. Upon arrival to get jeep it would not start, and that's when things got worse. mechanic said there where additional problems, would not give me a quote to fix but continued to tell me there were additional electronic problems. When I got upset stating it drove in there he wanted to refund me $400.00. I did not think this was right to get a non-working vehicle after driving it to the shop no real issues other than not being able to use bright lights.I refused refund, that's when he told me he would do notice more.
