    I bought a bracelet and some charms on Nov 26, 2024, for my daughter for Christmas. I checked out as a guest and have not received an email from the company to say that they have sent it or received my order. However, I did have $72 taken out of my credit card or was charged by the credit card. I have sent an email to the company three different times and have had no response. I just want to know if the product is coming or if I should report a complaint with my credit card company. And order something different for my daughter for Christmas.

    Yes, I am just writing to let you know that we did receive our package from the company. We still never received a response from them, but we did end up paying for the service.

    On 12/01/2023 I placed order #***** for 17 charms for an Italian charm bracelet, as a Christmas gift for my daughter.My order confirmation said I would receive my order in **** days. It is now 12/21/2023 and I have received no further communication from the seller. I have written to them three times to ask about the status of my order, but they refuse to respond. They took my money and arent providing me with the product I purchased. I either want my order delivered promptly, or all of my money refunded back to me.

    Hi, I finally received my order, but it was missing one of the charms I have tried to contact the company, but not received any response, or a replacement for the missing charm.

    I wrote another email to Charms, requesting that the send the missing item from my order (a mushroom charm). They never responded after I wrote on 12/23/2023 about this issue, nor on any of the other three times I contacted them about my order, so I dont expect to hear from them or receive my charm now either. 
    This company is a scam and they are thieves. They take peoples money and dont send them their orders unless someone like BBB gets involved.

    After still receiving no response, I sent the following to the company on January 19th:

    Hello,
    I have written many times now regarding my order. It was missing the mushroom charm. 
    I expect you to send it to me immediately, or refund $3.99 plus tax or I will take legal action. 
    I am a lawyer, so Im not bluffing. 
    Send me my charm or refund my money. NOW. 
    I have already contacted the Better Business Bureau and will now be contacting the Attorney General. Expect to hear from them soon.
