    On 04/30/25, I purchased a gun from Gimme Guns and subsequently was denied the background check. ***** the store owner informed me 30 days later that I was denied. I asked for my money back and it took tooth and nails to get most of my money back, however ***** has kept some of it. According to him there was a sign on the wall saying the gun would incur a 30$ restock fee, I never saw it and he did not point it out up front and only brought it up after I demanded my money back. The gun was never in stock to begin with. ***** also charged me a 20$ background fee that was not disclosed up front and my contention as ***** being a cheat. ***** refused to give me a receipt upon the cash purchase and assured me "Don't worry I won't steal your money", a huge red flag. ***** cannot be trusted, he has lied to me..

    The customer came back as a denial for his purchase. I called and informed. He came in aggressive about it and I urged him to appeal it he denied that option. He got angry so I said I would see what I can do. He called me and I informed him that I was not able to return and I would like to sale it to recoup his money to pay him. He got belligerent over the phone to which I replied fine I will issue a refund today. He came in aggressively calling me names. The state has a background check fee that is not refundable and a background check was done to which he was denied. I also have it posted that there is a restocking/denial fee. He was so aggressive that I had to contact the local PD to have him removed

    I am rejecting this response because: Gimme Guns owner never advised me of ANY non refundable items. He does not know how to add or subtract and is running  a shady business that attempted to steal 75$ of my money, when in fact it should not in any case been more than 50$. I had to get the police involved. They should be barred from selling any guns or ammo.
