    On 6-14-22 I had ***,s plumbing but in a new softener for some reason it was sending iron in the house I was told that she would not send any one out till I paid the other half of my bill I had to clean out iron for 3 weeks. when a plumber showed upon8-9-22 he said it was my hot water tank that was doing it because it was 14 years old. I later found it was just 7 years old, the hot water they but in on 8-9-22 was not giving us hot water. on that day they sent a new plumber out he said I needed a new valve in my instant hot water thing he plugged it back in and he burnt up my pump ,at that point he said he would replace it at no cost to me as he burnt it up The next day he came by and but a whole new system in and charged me $1,128.11 He did not tell me he was doing this. On 8-11-22 a new plumber showed up found out my new hot water tank needed a top thermostat that did not work got two new one but them we now have lots of hot water. I did find out that the girl who answers the phone has told ever one about our conversation and the person who but the instant hot water thing in is the ower,s son. I should not owe the $1128.11 because he said at no coast too me ***********************************
