    ***** installed my generator, but refused to perform warranty work. Our unit had a oil leak from day 1. Other installers in my area refuse to perform warranty work on units they did not install.

    Gentech Northwest LLC, from the quote to the finished job A+++++. ***** and his crew showed up on time, worked professionally and the job was completed in 1 day. We are extremely happy with the Generac System and the yearly maintenance schedule. We no longer have to worry about pulling out the old generator (this usually happens during the night). The Generac generator is automatic great for Washington weather. This company is first class and we highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of purchasing a generator system. We appreciated the quick quote and the scheduling.

    I had a generator installed two years. They have been out every year to inspect and maintain the unit without me having to call them. The installation was flawless, the installers were professional. I was so pleased I referred two friends who ultimately had Gentech NW install units for them. This company is highly recommended.
