      Not deliver service, not one is taking the complain feedback serious. They end the phone calls on you when you complain. The manager for our business from AC is experience some personal problems and had been absent. She said there is no one to help when she is absent, and not a single other manager could help, and offered to cancel our service because we were dissatisfy but not able to refund us.

      Terrible service for advisors. I paid for a full year and 15 months later have not received a single lead. I used to get monthly check in calls where they would tell me they are getting close, but on my last call the person didn't know my name or anything about my business.
