    On August 3, 2022 we ordered glass at Dungeness glass of Sequim. Our cost was $170 +14.45=$184.45 which we had to pay at the time we placed the order.
    When we hadn’t received the glass by November, I informed Dungeness glass that we would be gone until March and asked if I could be sure the glass would be ready when we returned. They assured me it would so I left the order in. Now I see that they have closed up and we received no notification Even though they had our phone number and information. How can we get our $184.45 returned to us.

    Was wanting glass replaced in sliding door. Sept 12,2022 Micheal came out and measured my sliding glass door.On Sept 19,2022 Micheal called to give me a quote of 2,716.84 to replace just the glass in the door.I told him I would let him know if I wanted him to order it or not.On Sept 28,2022 I called and said that I wanted him to order the glass .He said before he could order it I would have to pay 1,300.00 first then he could place the order. It was to late in the day for me to transfer money from savings into checking so I said I would call him back tomorrow.On Sept 29,2022 I called and paid the 1,300.00 down for the glass and Micheal said it should be here in Nov.and said once he gets it he would call me and set up a date to come put it in.He emailed me a letter stating when it should be in and a receipt showing my payment.Nov 14, 2022 I called and left a message wondering if the glass came in yet. Nov 21, 2022 I called again and left another message asking the same thing . On Nov 22, 2022 Michael finally called me back saying they havent got the glass yet but once they got it he would give me a call.Dec 12 2022 I called him 3 times and no answer and I couldnt even leave a message, I called him on Dec 13,21,27, 2022 and got no answer and Jan 4,9,17,23 2023 I was calling and got no answer. on Jan 17,2023 I emailed him asking about the glass for the door and never got any answer back.And as of today still havent heard from him.

    Ordered 2 windows with Michael F**** . Total order $1,003.56. Deposit 50 % required received by business October 25th. Business is gone.. where is the money ?

    On Sept. 2, 2022, I gave Dungeness Glass of Sequim, LLC a $1150.00 deposits for three windows. I was told the windows would be installed in December. I have tried several times to contact them in person and left notes on the locked business door at *** ********* ***** ******* ** *****. The voicemail box for ***** ******** was always full when I called. The owner of the building (****** *******) called me and told me that Michael F**** has abandoned the building, is no longer in business, and has not paid rent on the building for many months. Please suggest anything I can do to get my deposit returned.

    Paid down payment for windows 6/2022. Unable to contact them since tnen. Would like my money back. ($1200). I have reciets and contract but do not know how to upload.
